No more foodstuff – Private School Teachers begs FG to help with palliatives

Private school teachers have come out to express their displeasure over the lockdown as they haven’t received salary since March.

It was earlier reported that the Federal Government through the Federal Ministry of Education in March ordered the closure of schools across the country, in a bid to contain the spread of COVID-19.

Private school teachers have revealed that their foodstuff has finished as there is no money to restock their homes with food due to the fact that they didn’t receive March salary from their employers and there’s no hope of receiving any as long as schools are closed.

They however begged the Federal Government to consider them either by reopening schools or giving them palliatives and something substantial to breath on.

They made this known days before the Presidential broadcast which is done every fortnightly to address Nigerians on recent development and the decisions the Federal Government has decided to take.

We all await the Presidential broadcast in anticipation and we hope things get better in no distant time.
