KITCHEN DELIGHT: Mixed Apple Juice

Apart from the vitamins which majority of the juice supply, they are important in our daily meal as they end up refreshing the body.

Juice is also important at home because it can be used to suppress thirst on a sunny day, it also aids easy digestion of foods taken in. it can also be used to entertain visitor in various homes.

Now let’s go juicy;

Ingredients:

Apple – 4 to 5 medium size

Pawpaw (fairly ripe) – 1 medium size

Pineapple – 1 medium size

Sugar – 5 to 6 cubes

Water – 1 litre

Method of Preparation

Wash the apple, and cut into two halves, remove the small seeds. Then slice into smaller units.

Then wash the pineapple and pawpaw, peel them, cut them into tiny bits or portions.

Pour all the sliced fruits inside the blender. You can blend or grate to obtain the juice.

Boil 1/2litre of water for about 3 – 5 mins, then add the sugar and continue to boil for another 5 mins.

Allow the boiled solution to cool before pouring the blend mixture into it.

Sieve to obtain the syrup or juice. Also, you can sieve the blended mixture before pouring into the water solution.

Keep in the refrigerator and serve chilled. It is best enjoyed when chilled.

Note: most of these juice does not cost you much to prepare them in the comfort of your home or kitchen.
