Volunteer vigilantes of the Eastern Security Network (ESN) reportedly burnt down more settlements of the Fulani Herders in Ebonyi State.
In a shared video by the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu on Saturday, 6 February displays lit up hut houses within rural areas.
The circulating clip sighted by Scannews24 on the newly created account of IPOB leader also shows a number of men dressed in black and red birate lighting up the settlement.
This was achieved despite efforts by the Nigerian police to stop the ESN operatives, Kanu revealed on his timeline.
He urged Nigerians to speak against terrorism adding that any obstacle on the way to achieve cleansing Southeast of terrorists will be obligated.
The ESN commander urged supporters and members of the public to pray for the personnel securing forests and bushes for the safety of parents and children.
Kanu had accused Fulani herdsmen of raping women and their daughters and slain people within rural communities in the southeast.
He further warned settlers to relocate to urban centers and live like other patriotic Nigerians.
A commentator who is overhead in the footage identified the operators as ESN members under a command and control to clean up the bushes for their parents to enable them to farm.
